Lavaredo offers multiple online and offline payment options to make your interior purchase hassle-free.
1. Online Payments
Contact your designer to confirm the payment methods available for your order and obtain payment instructions.
If you prefer a bank/wire transfer, contact your designer for payment details.
2. Offline Payments
To opt for this method, speak to your designer.
We also accept over-the-counter credit card transactions through Kasikorn K-Bank. Interest-free promotions are advertised separately and apply only during the specified periods and to eligible products.
All cheques, drafts and bank transfers must be made payable to Siam Art Marble Co., Ltd.
3. Transaction Failures
If an online transaction fails, check its status with your payment provider before trying again.
When making a payment, use a stable internet connection and check that all entered details are correct.

4. Payment Terms
Projects and orders
A project refers to the design of a single home. A project may contain several orders, such as one for modular products and another for services or loose furniture. Payments are processed per order.
Booking Lavaredo
You can book a home design visit by paying a booking fee of 3,000 baht. This fee is credited against future orders.
You may request design changes until you are satisfied with the design, materials and price. At the execution stage, 30% of the agreed price must be paid to place the production order, less the initial 3,000 baht booking fee. The remaining 70% must be paid when the order is ready for installation.
Countertops, electrical appliances and mechanical, electrical or plumbing work must be paid in full before work starts.
A non-refundable payment gateway fee of 3%, including VAT, is added to each credit card payment made against a project.
Payment terms for 45-day delivery in Bangkok
- 3,000 baht deposit for the site visit and interior design, deducted at order confirmation.
- 30% of the project value at order confirmation.
- 70% within seven days of order confirmation. Manufacturing begins after full payment.
5. Service after the warranty period
After-sales services remain available after the warranty period. Travel charges are approximately 2,000 baht; replacement materials may incur additional charges.
6. Terms and conditions
Late payment at any stage can delay completion. Lavaredo is not liable for delays caused by late payment. If a project is cancelled after the 30% payment, this amount cannot be refunded in cash or store credit.
